Delivery/Returns

Christmas Delivery
All orders after 14th December will be dispatched on 4th January 2022.

Standard Delivery
Orders will be dispatch the next working day via Royal Mail.

United Kingdom Mainland: 2 - 5 business days

UK postage and packing sent 2nd class mail unless you have paid for 1st class delivery. You can select your preferred shipping option when you check out. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery in the UK. If you need the order for a certain day please contact me to confirm.

We Ship Worldwide
The cost of postage/shipping for worldwide orders will be calculated when you check out. All worldwide orders will be sent via Royal Mail regular airmail delivery.

United States & Canada: 7-14 business days

Other Countries: 7 - 14 business days

Return Policy
All products returned must be in saleable condition, unused and undamaged, with no signs of wear and tear. All returns must be made within 28 days of delivery. Refunds do not include shipping costs. To return your product, email soufriereliving@gmail.com. The refund will be processed once the order has been returned within 28 days of delivery.
