Hello and welcome to our first blog over here at Soufriere Living.
As a cultural lifestyle and inspirational brand, Soufriere Living was created with the aim to empower others through our range of creative art prints, greeting cards, accessories and lifestyle products.
The word ‘soufriere’ is derived from the French word ‘sulphur’, the name of a volcano on the Caribbean island of Montserrat and it’s from this captivating island and its association to ‘fire’ and ‘energy’ that Soufriere Living was born.
With the sounds of the soothing ocean waves, to the care-free colourful island vibes for inspiration, our founder Roniqua combines her passion for positive mindfulness and healthy wellbeing through art and design, whilst drawing upon her personal experiences and cultural journey throughout the Caribbean, Africa and Europe.
Our story started five years ago where our first line of motivational art prints were sold at pop up shops and artisan markets. Today, our products are retailed through several stockists in the U.K such as Jamii, Simple Noire and And So To Shop.

All our products are produced in the U.K and many of the design concepts are created by our founder Roniqua or in partnership with emerging and established artists.
Customers can select from a range of products to buy for themselves or as a gift to friends and family, from inspirational typography, art prints to create a unique and uplifting space in their home, to enamel pins that can be worn as a bold statement piece.
